We recognized a critical gap in our communities: while students had access to basic schooling, many lacked the long-term guardianship and practical guidance needed to navigate the transition from school to a viable career.
Without mentorship, exposure to modern digital skills like STEM and robotics, or clear career counseling, countless talented youths were being left behind. ShikshaGhar was born to bridge this exact gap.
