Bridging the Gender Gap in Technology

The STEM for Girls initiative creates dedicated space and mentorship for young women to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics without social boundaries or hesitation.

Core Modules

  1. Practical Physics & Chemistry: Hands-on science kits replacing purely theoretical rote memorization.
  2. Robotics & Microcontrollers: Hands-on Arduino and Raspberry Pi hardware assembly and micro-robot programming.
  3. Female Mentorship Network: Direct monthly interaction sessions with female software engineers, scientists, and tech leaders.

Measurable Results

  • 840 Young Women Enrolled: Enrolled across 15 government school cohorts.
  • 85% Pursuit Rate: 85% of program graduates express interest in pursuing higher secondary education in science or computer science streams.
