The STEM for Girls initiative creates dedicated space and mentorship for young women to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics without social boundaries or hesitation.

- Practical Physics & Chemistry: Hands-on science kits replacing purely theoretical rote memorization.
- Robotics & Microcontrollers: Hands-on Arduino and Raspberry Pi hardware assembly and micro-robot programming.
- Female Mentorship Network: Direct monthly interaction sessions with female software engineers, scientists, and tech leaders.
Measurable Results
- 840 Young Women Enrolled: Enrolled across 15 government school cohorts.
- 85% Pursuit Rate: 85% of program graduates express interest in pursuing higher secondary education in science or computer science streams.
